The SMS 2003 SP2 admin console does not work on Vista, for that you need sp3, however during the upgrade of the console , you might get the following error

“Not enough storage is available to process this command”.

The workaround for this is:

1. Extract SP3 to a temp directory by adding a /x switch at the end of the exe file.

2. Run the setup from the temp directory by adding /upgrade /nobackground at the end of the file.
